Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to global clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with efficiency and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution rate).
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
- Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
