Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them toward optimal solutions.

Qualifications
