Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them toward optimal solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and report trends to management.

Qualifications
