Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding food orders, delivery status, and service issues.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process order modifications, cancellations, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with delivery riders and restaurant partners to facilitate order fulfillment and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding product offerings, promotions, and platform usage.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Concentrix's commitment to service excellence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and common office applications.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
