Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about BillEase products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
