Responsibility
- Manage and nurture customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, delivery, and inventory management.
- Provide timely and effective after-sales support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize logistics workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address logistics challenges.
- Proficiency in logistics software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with the logistics industry in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
