Note: This role is based in Bali, with primary locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing targets.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.
- Follow strict safety and environmental guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical or polymer industries.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in operating production machinery and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including SOPs and safety data sheets (SDS).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.
