Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for GE's healthcare and industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Document service activities, including reports, logs, and customer feedback.
- Train end-users and internal teams on equipment operation and best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or product specialists as needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or field engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with healthcare or industrial equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours as required.
- Certification in relevant technical disciplines is an advantage.
