Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on ACMV systems, chiller units, and ventilation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment and DI water systems, including testing, chemical balancing, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) tasks as per scheduled plans.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, logs, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility upgrades and system improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Operate and maintain BMS (Building Management Systems) and other automation tools for system monitoring.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in ACMV, chiller, or water treatment systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes, RO systems, and DI water purification.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
- Certifications in HVAC, electrical safety, or water treatment are a plus.
- Physical stamina to work in 12-hour rotating shifts and handle manual tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
