Responsibility

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track shipments and provide accurate updates to customers regarding delivery statuses.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve shipment delays or issues.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure compliance with export regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
