Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer tailored solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Meet personal and team performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
