Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to resolve customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications
