Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the team leader when necessary.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team-based KPIs and performance goals.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and solutions-oriented service.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Senior High School graduate (K-12) or equivalent vocational diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to remain composed and patient under pressure.
