Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about home appliance products, warranties, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate support.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
