Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying root causes and providing timely solutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining detailed records.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and promotional details to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to management for process improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, helpdesk software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and culture is advantageous.
