Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
