Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible support.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
