Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to deliver informed support.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or hospitality roles.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent and clear articulation.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and call centre tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in shifts (including weekends/holidays) with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the leisure, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus.
