Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or ticketing systems with high accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while addressing complex customer issues.
- Ensure all internal documentation and case notes are accurate and up-to-date.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to resolve escalated concerns efficiently.
- Maintain product and process knowledge to provide consistent, high-quality support.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent written English communication skills with a keen eye for grammar and spelling.
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and web browsers simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
