Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, empathetic, and efficient service.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead when necessary.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as quality assurance scores and response times.
Qualifications
- High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college undergraduate/graduate of any course.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet navigation, G-Suite, and typing.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, resilient attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and grow in the customer service industry.
