Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about logistics services, shipment statuses, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics processes and improve service delivery.
- Assist in tracking shipments and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company guidelines and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
