Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Analyze and resolve customer queries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing personalized solutions.
- Navigate multiple software applications and databases simultaneously to provide real-time information.
- Adhere to quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all interactions.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share insights and improve service quality.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web browsers and CRM systems.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in BPO, call center, or hospitality industry is a distinct advantage.
