Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through solutions and next steps.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends to deliver accurate and relevant support.
- Contribute to process improvements by sharing customer feedback and suggesting service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).
