Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines diligently to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service experience.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate various software applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Bali, Indonesia.
