Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, chat, or social media in English.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to deliver informed support.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, compliance standards, and data protection policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related roles (1+ years preferred).
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
