Responsibility
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding product features, service updates, and account maintenance.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.
- Utilize internal CRM systems to document all customer interactions and update account information meticulously.
- Troubleshoot technical or billing issues and provide effective resolutions or appropriate escalations to secondary support.
- Meet and exceed personal and team-based qualitative and quantitative performance targets (KPIs).
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure service excellence and customer retention.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; vocational or bachelor's degrees are a plus.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a clear and neutral accent.
- Proven ability to navigate computer systems and learn new software applications quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically during customer interactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts (graveyard shift).
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred but not required for the 'Easy Account'.
