Responsibility

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and service updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on account protocols.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Graduate, Senior High Graduate, or College Undergraduate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to assist customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet navigation.
  • Previous BPO or Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule including nights and weekends.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new software and processes quickly.
  • Residing in or willing to work in Bali area.
