Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Process account requests, including updates, modifications, and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
