Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from patients and healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services, insurance coverage, and appointment scheduling.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Document interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Adhere to healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
