Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed performance targets, including call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 customer service operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory—we welcome fresh talent!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Japanese) is a strong advantage.
