Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat for retail account inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Process orders, track shipments, and provide real-time updates to customers.
- Collaborate with retail partners to resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues to improve service quality.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Familiarity with retail operations or e-commerce is an advantage.
