Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat for retail account inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and provide real-time updates to customers.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues to improve service quality.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
