Responsibility
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues or service problems reported by users.
- Follow established communication scripts and company protocols to maintain service consistency.
- Collaborate with Team Leads to identify areas for process improvement.
- Meet and exceed individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time and quality scores.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; College Graduates are also welcome.
- Good to excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- No prior BPO experience required; full training will be provided for successful candidates.
- Ability to work on-site at our Bali office location.
