Responsibility
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, and operations) to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and order management systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or logistics industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team with minimal supervision.
