Responsibility

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy, providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, and operations) to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
  • Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and order management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or logistics industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team with minimal supervision.
