Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Process and resolve warranty claims and after-sales concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved.
- Contribute to team meetings and suggest improvements to enhance customer service processes.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
