Responsibility
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote unsecured banking facilities to existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective customer engagement.
- Provide clear, accurate, and compelling information about financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on banking products, promotions, and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong ability to handle objections and close sales effectively over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is advantageous.
