Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, agents, and carriers handling shipments in Malaysia.
- Coordinate and manage shipment bookings, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, communications, and operational metrics.
- Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders on shipment status and potential delays.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, operations, or logistics, preferably in a global setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Malay (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation is a plus.
