Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, agents, and carriers handling shipments in Malaysia.
  • Coordinate and manage shipment bookings, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, communications, and operational metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders on shipment status and potential delays.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, operations, or logistics, preferably in a global setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Malay (preferred).
