Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues.
- Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through purchasing decisions.
- Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when handling customer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the trading, logistics, or e-commerce industry is advantageous.
