Responsibility
- Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Educate customers on product features, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team discussions on service enhancements.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
