Responsibility
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to aftersales services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, and logistics) to ensure seamless post-purchase experiences and timely issue resolution.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and propose process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Educate customers on product features, warranty terms, and aftersales services to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalations with diplomacy, ensuring customer concerns are addressed to their satisfaction while aligning with company policies.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) and implement strategies to improve scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, aftersales, or client relations, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Problem-solving orientation with a track record of resolving complex customer issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with automotive products, services, or warranty processes is highly advantageous.
