Responsibility

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to aftersales services with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, and logistics) to ensure seamless post-purchase experiences and timely issue resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and propose process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Educate customers on product features, warranty terms, and aftersales services to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle escalations with diplomacy, ensuring customer concerns are addressed to their satisfaction while aligning with company policies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) and implement strategies to improve scores.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, aftersales, or client relations, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Problem-solving orientation with a track record of resolving complex customer issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
