Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on shipment statuses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and sales, to ensure accurate and efficient processing of freight documentation.
  • Liaise with overseas agents and partners to facilitate smooth customs clearance and delivery processes.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the company’s database.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on shipment statuses, delays, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed and proactive customer service.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics or CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
