Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate, aligning with customer needs.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards in all communications.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., call volume, resolution time, CSAT scores).
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and call centre technologies.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or related fields is advantageous.
- Residents of Bali or willing to relocate (work permits provided for eligible candidates).
