Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of complex cases.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and provide feedback to management.
- Achieve and maintain individual and team performance KPIs regarding response time and satisfaction ratings.
- Provide detailed product or service information to prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult conversations with tact.
