Responsibility

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information regarding banking products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process transactions, account updates, and service requests in compliance with bank policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on banking products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell banking services where appropriate.
  • Adhere to data protection and confidentiality standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business, Finance, or Communications).
  • Proven experience in customer service, call centres, or banking is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and banking software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Residency or legal right to work in Indonesia (Bali).
