Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges while adhering to store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Promote AEON membership programs, loyalty cards, and special promotions to drive sales.
- Follow safety and security protocols, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
