Responsibility
- Greet and assist clients with a professional and friendly demeanor upon their arrival at the branch.
- Provide accurate and efficient information about financial products, services, and account-related inquiries.
- Process client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, with precision and adherence to compliance standards.
- Open and manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
- Promote bank products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and investment options, to meet client needs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including managing brochures, forms, and digital tools.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and service excellence metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software; quick learner for new systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends if needed.
