Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision.
- Educate customers about menu items, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
