Responsibility

  • Provide world-class customer support via phone, email, and chat to global clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate insights to management for process enhancements.
  • Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Prior experience in a multinational or BPO setting is an advantage.
