Responsibility
- Provide world-class customer support via phone, email, and chat to global clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate insights to management for process enhancements.
- Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.
- Uphold Accentureâs values of integrity, stewardship, and client commitment in all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to learn new tools.
- Prior experience in a multinational or BPO setting is an advantage.
