Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with healthcare enquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely information to patients regarding medical services, procedures, and policies.
- Manage and update patient records and appointment details in the CRM system with precision.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of patient care.
- Adhere to rotating shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data protection regulations.
- Achieve performance targets for call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any field; degrees in Communications, Healthcare, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call centres, or healthcare support roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent and clear diction.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
