Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store presentation, including stocking shelves, labeling, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Promote loyalty programs, sales campaigns, and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic numerical and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with beauty, health, or retail products is preferred.

- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift light inventory.
