Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on health, beauty, and personal care products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/non-cash payments.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including product merchandising, shelf stocking, and cleanliness.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, price tagging, and promotional setups.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to company policies, health/safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business/retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail (preferably in health/beauty sector).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office) and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
