Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product selections and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Maintain product knowledge across health, beauty, and personal care categories to offer expert recommendations.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Promote ongoing store campaigns, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive sales.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, inventory tools).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of health/beauty products is beneficial but not required (training provided).
